Direct Energy Home Agents work from their home office answering the calls of Direct Energy customers across the country.
It is interesting, very flexible, part-time work that allows you create your own schedule from a range of available hours. As you will appreciate, home-based work has additional requirements and qualifications beyond those of just a conventional call center staff job. Therefore, please read through the The Work and What You Need sections of this site before you apply.
The Calls:
Home Service Agents will handle inbound customer service calls for Furnace, Water Heater & Air Conditioning. Home Agents will manage account inquires, sell products and services; while providing outstanding customer service.
Target Earnings Range:
Range $15-$18 per hour. Hourly rate of $11.00/ per hour, plus sales bonuses of 3% of service/product contract value.
